TAN's Consultants will Review all Data retrieved from the Client Meetings. TAN will then create the following:

Client Review of NEW 5 Year Logistics Plan
3/11

Meet with the Client to present NEW 5 Year Logistics Plan.  Go over in detail all aspects of the NEW 5 Year Plan.  Tweek plan as necessary with the Client's input.  Create Final Draft of the 5 Year Plan and Present to the Client for Final Approval.

Client Final Approval and GO Live
4/11

After all tweaking and modification have been done - The Client Provides Final Approval for the NEW 5 Year Logistics Plan.  A GO-Live Date is Set for Initiation of the Plan.

Carrier Negotiations
5/11

GO-Live Day 1 TAN sets Online Conference dates with all the Carriers listed in the 5 Year Logistics Plan to go over all NEW Lanes & Rates Required.  TAN begins Negotiations with these Carriers to get the NEW Plan Lanes to the Exact Projected Rates and Contract Verbage as provided in the NEW TAN Contract Templates.  Subsequent Meetings are Scheduled with the Carriers to Accomplish this as needed.

Finalized Carrier Rates & Contracts
6/11

All Carrier Negotiations for Rates & Contract Verbage is completed.  TAN sets an online conference with your company to go over all of the carriers, rates and contracts for final approval and contract signing.

Installation of New Hardware & Software Technology (If Needed)
7/11

TAN will work with your internal or external IT department to install and initiate any new Hardware or Software needed to support the 5 Year Logistics Plan.  After installation - Extensive Testing will be performed to make sure all Hareware & Software meets your company's requirements and new logistics workflow.

Initiation of New Logistics Workflow

TAN will meet onsite with your primary logistics team to initiate and put in place your New Logistics Workflow as outlined in your New 5 Year Logistics Plan.  TAN will schedule subsequent onsite meetings with all the necessary department and location managers to train and initiate the New Logistics Workflow.

3 Months from Go-Live Monitoring & Tweaking
9/11

3 Months After the Go-Live Date - TAN will heavily montor the New Workfow & All Carriers to ensure that everything is "On-Course" with the New 5 year Logistics Plan.  If any tweaking is necessary - TAN will document and review with your primary logistics team and tweak as necessary.  TAN will setup meetings with the carriers to go over efficiency and billing to make sure they are also "On-Course" with the plan.

6 Months from Go-Live Monitoring & Tweaking
